Refund & Exchanges Policy

Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date. All returns are for a Coco & Coast E-Gift Card credit only (store credit never expires). We offer exchanges for items at the same price and if the item is more than the exchanged price, the customer will be responsible for the difference. The cost of return shipping, will be deducted from your store credit (Coco & Coast E-Gift Card).
